  • Guest Conduct: We strive to maintain a serene and peaceful environment. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the premises if their behavior is disruptive, without issuing a refund.

  • Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any loss or damage caused to resort property, including guest rooms, dining areas, and wellness facilities, during their stay.

3. Wellness, Events, and Dining Services

  • Ayurvedic & Spa Treatments: Our wellness programs and spa treatments are designed for relaxation and general well-being. Please consult a medical professional before starting any new treatment. We are not liable for any adverse physical or allergic reactions.

  • Dining: Our farm-to-table dining accommodates various dietary needs. However, guests must inform us in advance of any severe food allergies.

  • Events: For weddings and special events, separate contracts and event-specific terms will apply regarding guest counts, catering, and venue usage.
