Komal Sodhi
I am an Internationally certified Yoga teacher, certified from Sivananda Dhanvantari Ashram, Kerala.
I have been teaching yoga since 2008, and after working in several gyms in Delhi and NCR, I started my own studio by the name of ‘Komal Yoga and Fitness Studio’ in 2012.
I conduct Yoga, Pilates, Kids/Teens Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Yoga for senior citizens and Personal trainings at my studio.
My self designed program called ‘Synthesis’ is an amalgamation of Yoga + Adventure travel in which I organise treks & retreats that take people out of their comfort zone and help them detox and disconnect from their busy schedules and enjoy raw nature while spending quality time with themselves.
I have organised Synthesis at Rishikesh, Macleodgang, Leh Ladhak, Mount Everest Base Camp, Nag Tibba, Bhutan and in Uttrakhand.
My passion for mountaineering has taken me on several mountains such as Mount Everest Advance Base Camp in Tibet, Mount Kang Yatse in Leh, Mount Aconcagua in South America, Mount Fuji in Japan, Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa and several other treks such as Chadar trek, Indrahara pass, Markha valley & Valley of flowers.
I recently summited 2 mountains in Europe – Mont Blanc – Located in France & Italy and is the highest mountain in the Alps & Gran Paradiso – Highest mountain in Italy. My Yoga studio is recognised as a ‘Yoga School’ by the ‘World Yoga Organisation’.
I have also featured in several YouTube videos such as ‘Soul I M’ and TV programs on channels such as ‘Active Fitness’

Dr. NARESH KUMAR GHARU
Dr. Naresh Kumar Gharu was born in Sagar India in 1976. Due to his deep interest in spirituality he decided to study Yoga and
Philosophy at Sagar University in 1999. At this time he started his own intense physical Hatha Yoga practice. With his master
studies in Yogic Science he got more depth knowledge why he decided to do his dissertation in this field. During 5 years of
research he got broad and hidden knowledge from his Guru Balyogi Umesh nathji from Ujjain which he wanted to spread as he
realized it is an unique and universal topic and can benefit all humans. In 2009 he submitted his thesis with the subject of “Nath
Sampradya Mei Yog Kaa Samikshatamk Addhyan” what means “The secrets of Natha Yoga”. After publishing the thesis and being
awarded in 2010 he started to work as an assistant professor at a guest faculty at Jai Narayan University in Jodphur. His vision is to
spread his knowledge for people all over the world to enrich their lives.
Dr. Bihari Lal Rajak
Dr. Bihari Lal Rajak was born 1976 in Tikamgarh. He comes from a farming family, why he was always close to nature. Out of his background he had a deep connection to the environment and wanted to work in the naturopathy field. After his school education he did his Naturopathy Diploma. From 2002 onwards he started working as naturopathy physician at a research center. As he wanted to gain more deep knowledge he decided to study Naturopathy and Yoga Science at the “Rural Naturopathy Organization” in Aurangabad Maharashtra during his working. He completed his degree in 2017 and started to work as a naturopathy physician in the Yogi Ashram Guest House in Khajuraho. As he wants to spread Ayurveda and Naturopathy knowledge he is interested in reaching people internationally for the benefit of their health and well-being.
